Using a homemade pirate radio transmitter made by my friend Zachary Gough, we broadcasted the audio for a showing of selected short films. We projected the image onto the side of the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art building, interspersed with the station frequency. These were visible/audible to nearby hotels and apartments, in a whimsical, non-commercial, intervention into the urban landscape.
